The Woodwork Department gives people the opportunity to develop new or existing skills by producing an array of wood products which can later be retailed to the general public. Individuals participating in woodwork can learn how to use various tools and machinery, how to apply different finishes to wood products, and many other aspects of woodwork.
We offer training and courses and individuals can be as involved as they desire, depending on competency and ability. Our woodwork courses can also help with other skills such as numeracy, literacy, health and safety, and timekeeping.
