We now require the following additional staff to join our existing Living Support team:

Support Workers

Ad-hoc Work, Part-time and Full-time Posts up to 37.5 hours per week plus sleep-in duties as required.

Starting salary: £16,327 per annum {pro-rata for part-time hours} (£8.37 per hour) plus payment for sleep-in duties, rising to £17,461 per annum (£8.95 per hour). An additional increment will be paid to permanent post holders who have attained a Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health and Social Care - Adults.

We are looking to recruit people who will work as part of a team providing support to individuals in their own home in the community. Duties include ensuring that they are supported in a person-centred way, assisting with personal care as their needs require with sensitivity and respect for their dignity and cultural wishes, and supporting them to be active members of their community in order to maximise their independence. You will also contribute to the planning and development of the Living Support Services to ensure a high standard of support is provided to everyone who uses the service.
