Volunteering

Blyth Star Enterprises is a charity established in 1987 to work with people who experience severe and enduring mental ill health and / or learning disabilities to enable them to live and work within their local community and to support them towards a better quality of life.

We are always on the look out for volunteers to join our teams. There are many voluntary opportunities available within the organisation, ranging from working in our sheltered work environments to driving and fundraising.

The time commitment to volunteer is dependent on an individual’s availability. As part of our commitment to our volunteers, we do pay travel expenses and offer training, mentoring and employability support.
