Living support

Blyth Star’s Living Support programme has been developed in close collaboration with health and social care professionals over the past 35+ years to ensure that our service users receive the right level of care for their needs.

The programme is designed to create a pathway that will support people from hospitalisation to independent living to enable them to live confidently within their local community.
