We now require the following additional staff to join our existing Horticultural Services team:

Horticultural Supervisor 

37.5 hours per week

Starting salary: £16,014 per annum (an additional increment will be paid if you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Adults), rising to £19,171 per annum. 

We are looking to recruit an individual to work as part of our Horticultural Services team primarily based at Stakeford Nurseries.  Stakeford Nurseries is an adult mental health and learning disabilities day service.  Our staff provide our service users with horticultural training and experience which, in turn, benefits their social skills.  As Horticultural Supervisor you will work alongside your colleagues to plan, organise and develop the onsite production in line with our company ethos.  Duties include working with service users to complete horticultural tasks, ensuring that they are developing knowledge and skills along the way, whilst recording information for their individual training portfolios.  You will be required to work on our 'Next Steps' project which will involve accompanying our service users into the community to complete a variety of tasks using their training and skills in a sheltered work-based environment.
